My Paint is.....

Paints are handmade, and may have bumps, cracks, or even have different textures. Each pigment reacts differently with the binder, so some are more matte or sticky than others.  This is all normal and each paint will still work just like any other in your palette.  Make sure when using your paints you "wake them up" with a little water before using them with a spray bottle or dropper. 

 

When will my order Ship?

Orders usually ship same day or next day shipping, however, it may take up to 48 hours depending on when your order comes through.

How long will my order take?

After packaging your order, and set for pickup, as with all shipping, times can vary. The following are estimated times of arrival based on NZ Post

• Overnight to urban centres

• 2-3 days to rural NZ

• 1-3 weeks Internationally

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of paint, Yonder Paints can't accept returns.  If something is wrong with your order please reach out to us to discuss.

What is in your paint?

Gum arabic, clove oil, vegetable gycerin & pigment.  Pigments are sourced via NZ and Australian stores, please reach out if you have any concerns about pigments. 

Mica pigments are synthetic.  Non-Mica pigments are artist quality by professional brands.

What Currency are prices listed in?

NZ currency, Yonder Paints is currently not registered for GST as we are a new and small business. Invoices can be provided but will not included GST.
